This is why as a breeder, we could never understand.
Being an ethical, reputable breeder is far more than deeply caring about the animals you raise.
It’s your honesty, it’s holding true to your word, it’s your reputation, it’s shedding the best possible light on these animals for the sake of keeping our community going - in the best way possible!
What it’s NOT, is - selling an animal as something it is not.
Claiming certain genes are present, when they’re not.
Do these animals not mean anymore to you than that? Your business? Our community? Honest and trustworthy Business?
This was a highly anticipated pairing for us, we put the time, money, and effort into.
Pictured are our beautiful Banana Het Pied babies that recently hatched! That will go on to have many meals before parting with us and sold as TRULY, what they are - nothing more, nothing less. Because Honesty matters to us, because GREAT business matters to us, and because this community and these animals matter more to us than falsely labeling animals for a quick sale.
Shedding light on our particular situation in hopes that others see this and choose HONESTY, and choose wisely amongst who they do business with!
