This poor baby girl was found wandering around between the Elan Capital Hills apartment complex and The Summit Church with a pink leash still attached to her collar. She is friendly, does well in the car, and seems to know a couple commands. Her collar did not have a tag and she is not microchipped. The kind people who found her are willing to keep her if no family can be found.
