Planning a boating day with your pup? 🛥️ It's a great way to enjoy the water, but it's important to make sure your dog stays safe on board.

Here's your must-do checklist before hitting the water:
🏊 Life Jackets Are a Must: If your dog falls overboard, a life jacket is essential for their safety. Without one, they could quickly become fatigued and at risk of drowning.
🎣 Remove or Lock Up Fishing Gear: Fishing tackle can be a danger to your dog. Make sure all hooks and sharp objects are stored securely in a locked container.
🚢 Doggy Boat Ladder: Make getting back onto the boat easier with a doggy boat ladder. This simple addition can save a lot of trouble if your pup takes an unexpected dip.
🚨 Set Up a Boat Alarm: If your dog wears a remote collar that activates an alarm when they go overboard, it can give you peace of mind.
🛥️ Check the Deck: Before boarding, inspect the deck to ensure it’s not too hot or slippery for your dog to walk on comfortably.
🧊 Bring Towels and Water: Keep your dog hydrated and dry with plenty of fresh water and towels.
