Transport gone horribly wrong. A trusted volunteer decided at 2:30pm today they were no longer going to wait for me to arrive at 5:30-6pm. I am in nursing school and cannot leave early until I am released from clinical. The volunteer tells me that I have to be in Charlottesville VA instead of Richmond VA immediately . WE had agreed to meet in Richmond VA. Even if I left in that moment I still had a 3-4 hour drive ahead of me so there's no way that I could have been there at that moment. I was then told that I had to go to Glasgow VA to pick up the puppy. Yall, I am so devastated over this loss. The rescue cannot financially sustain picking up a dog in Glasgow, VA. I offered $100 for her assistance and she refused. I am beyond a loss at this point.

* heartworm test not yet completed
* stands at her kennel door ready to greet visitors
* easy to leash and walk
* attentive to to her surroundings
* quiet, calm, and easy going
* curious explorer
* enjoyed strolling around the yard
* likes gentle pets and back scratches
* eager to please and listens well
* gentle treat taker

Nalah is a sweet girl who has found herself at the shelter by no fault of her own. She leaned in close for pets and showed off her calm and easy going personality. She welcomes all your loving and gives tiny kisses. for treats. Nalah is trying to make the best of her stay while she is here but she sure would love to have a home quickly. She is looking forward to a comfy bed and lot's of love from her new family. Our shelter full! Come see her at Cumberland County Animal Services, Fayetteville, NC 910-321-6852
