PetMates Network is a member-based pet care community, a place where pet owners help each other out with walks, drop-ins, and overnight stays, using a simple credit system instead of cash. No kennels, no strangers off an app, just trusted neighbors who genuinely love animals.

Our mission is simple: to build a trusted, nationwide network of pet owners and animal lovers who support each other through shared, home-based pet care.

As our founding Medical Director, you'll do more than provide care—you'll help build the medical standards, team culture, and patient experience that will guide the clinic for years to come. Working alongside our Executive Director, you'll lead a mission-driven team dedicated to making veterinary care more accessible for pets and the people who love them.
