No shows are getting crazy. These leave slots open that we could have filled for people waiting, that would show up...we have never once discussed doing a No-Show fee...but we may.
We know that things happen... but we double check numbers, we send reminders, we do cards..what else do we need to add to this to keep these numbers down.. this is hard when a groomer expects to do so many dogs and then some don't show....

If your pup is sitting in your lap or near you right now... grab a brush and get to work... lol..
A little every day goes a long way, then you don't have to be upset at us for shaving the babies bald. (Unless that is your preference, then by all means get them on my schedule so we can beat the heat)
