A bed of gourds and pumpkins 🧡

Not only was I able to decorate the homestead with pumpkins but our farm babies will have plenty to munch on throughout the winter. They LOVE their pumpkin snacks!

P.S. I ran out of space this year in the garden and did not even attempt to grow pumpkins 😅 m a y b e, next year.

Hey Friends + Family, we have been busy behind the scenes and have a couple of options set up for the rest of this year and moving into winter that we wanted to share with you!

First, we have a couple of boys that are looking to be BIG Boars. If you are looking to raise your own piglets, they will be available in a couple of weeks after weaning. If no one is interested they will be castrated and put into the feeder pile. They will be BIG - they are not a small breed.

Next, we have feeder pigs going into winter. We only have a small batch, if you’re interested in raising your own.

Lastly, we have butcher dates set up for NEXT year. March 30th 2026 (all hogs for this date have been claimed!) and June 1st 2026. Half/Whole Hogs. Half payment is required to hold your hog. Summer and Fall dates TBD.

We have 3 heritage hogs available for April 28th butchering. We sell whole and half hogs. Pricing in comments - we do half up front to reserve your hog and the rest 2 weeks prior to butcher date.

Pasture + locally sourced grain fed.

The butcher we go through is Curly’s Custom Meats in Jackson Center, Ohio. If you order a hog from us you will pick up your boxes directly from them.
