2 Day Summer Camps for ages 5 and older. Campers are divided into smaller groups with similar age and learning-levels. Covered arena and shaded barn. Our camps have been running for 20+ years and we have thousands of happy camp students!

Camp is 9-1 each day. Pack your own lunch. Helmets available for borrowing. Brand new beginners through intermediates welcome. Parents may drop off students or stay!

Riding lesson each day, horsemanship classes, fun horse-themed activities that are hands-on with horses and in the stables.

The great “Spring Sports Schedule Shuffle” has happened and these are the new lesson openings we have available!

Tuesdays:
4:00

Thursdays:
4:00 and 5:30

Fridays:
3:00

Sundays:
12:30pm

Once a week lessons are $260/m (for 4 lessons)
Every other week lessons are $140/m (for 2 lessons)

Small group lessons, covered arena! Month to month contract, no long-term commitment required. Ages 5 and older. Lessons are an hour length in total, including on-the-ground horsemanship education, and about 30-35 minutes of riding time.

Our 3-Day South Hill Summer Horse Camps are filling up! So, we have added some additional 2-Day Camps to the calendar! Space is limited so book as soon as you can! Camps are 9-1 both days, include a riding lesson each day and fun classes, activities and games with the horses. Ages 5 & Up. Covered arena! Campers split into age and learning level groups. This is 100% horses! We stay in the barn except for lunch break!

$249 for 8 hours over 2 days of learning, fun and the best summer-time memories!

CAMP INFORMATION
Aug 16-17 10am to 8pm both days
Ride twice each day and advanced your skill level, horsemanship classes beginner-advanced provided. Camp split into learning level groups! Also enjoy, games on horseback, "horse for a day" horse care, crafts, play. Ages 8 and Up - Includes Dinner Each Night! Pack your own lunch and snacks.

PHOTO INFORMATION:
Photoshoot at camp or scheduled outside of camp. You can wear what you wore to camp, or parents can come in and help their student change and clean-up to wear something fancier in their photoshoot if desired!

$525: Includes 20 hours at camp (10 hours a day), photoshoot and photos delivered digitally, dinner both nights. Two rides per day!

8 Week - 2 Hour Sessions - Beginner Course over the Summer! Offered in two groups: Thursdays 9-11am or 11am-1pm!

SOUTH HILL: 8 Week Course with 2 Hour Sessions on Thursday Mornings in July and August! (If you need to miss a week, there will be some make up options offered during the summer but also in September!)

PRICE: $699 for all 8 Weeks - This comes out to about $43/hr and is the best deal on beginner riding lessons that we offer at any point in the year!

Best Foundations is a curriculum by Heart of Horsemanship that is designed to give each student the "best" start into horses! Sessions are 2 hours each and go into depth and detail on the most important, foundational teachings to equestrianism and horseback riding.

Students will have 8 Riding Lessons and 8 Unmounted Horsemanship Classes that are designed to help them feel comfortable, confident and set up capably as beginners to go on with more learning, and/or more confident and well-rounded intermediates.

Sessions are THURSDAYS 9-11 or 11-1
JULY: 3rd, (Skip 10th), 17th, 24th, 31st
AUG: 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th

$699 buys you 16 hours of learning at the barn over the summer! Pre-arranged make up sessions can be scheduled with notice.

Sessions limited to 12 students per group and will fill fast! They will ride 3 riders at a time.

We finally chose our Summer Camp Dates! We are very excited! We can offer 3 of the 3-day camps and 4 of the one day camps.

We have:
🐴 A covered arena
🐴 Wonderful school horses
🐴 Kind and encouraging instructors and assistants
🐴 A tried and true developed curriculum

Riding lesson each day of camp, painting the horses, horse knowledge classes, participate in horse care, do a craft, games @ the barn at the end of the day. Pack your own lunch. Drop off event but parents can stay. Ages 5-18. (Age 4 welcome if parent or guardian stays with them). Campers split into age and experience level groups. Horse filled day, we never leave the barn during camp. 9am to 1pm each day.
