We had 3 celebrity visitors to our little Saving Snoots Animal Rescue booth today!!! Attorney General Jason Miyares, State Senator Emily Brewer, and Delegate Otto Wachsmann. HOW AWESOME IS THAT, that the 3 of them, as busy as they were, they all took the time to come by and talk and take pictures with us!!
When I introduced myself to AG Miyares, and told him I was VP of an animal rescue, he told me, "OH AWESOME I love rescue animals, I have 2 rescue dogs and a turtle". Made my heart happy!

COME BY THE BRUNSWICK STEW FEST TOMORROW AND CHECK OUT OUR SAVING SNOOTS ANIMAL RESCUE BOOTH. We will have tshirts, arts and crafts, cups, pet supplies, jewelry, gift baskets for raffle, and lots of other great items. Come have some famous Brunswick Stew from the stew masters, and help us raise money for our pups n kitties.
Its free to get in and lots of cool stuff to do, see and buy.

Ok friends, we are in need of a foster for Peanut. You may remember Peanut was surrendered to us because his owner was having serious medical and financial issues, and Peanut had a badly injured eye. He had to have his eye removed. He is neutered, up to date on shots and undergoing heartworm treatment. Unfortunately yesterday there was an incident with one of his current fosters chickens. We arent sure what happened, and this is completely out of character for Peanut. He has been around the chickens since day 1 and there have been no issues. Regardless, the foster cannot take the chance with any other chickens so we need to move him. This is time sensitive so PLEASE, if you have soace in your home and your heart for Peanut, a senior one eyed, sweet, special boy. Please mesaage me and I will get you a foster app. All you provide is a safe home and love, and we provide the rest.
Peanut is dog, cat and kid approved, however its not recommended he be around free range chickens.

OK FRIENDS... We got a request from a friend to help 3 puppies that are at a shelter. We REALLY want to help but we need fosters. PLEASE if you are willing to foster one of these pups, 6 weeks old, please email
[email protected] and request a foster application. We supply everything, you supply a safe home and love.
Please understand being they are only 6 weeks old the foster committment may be several months.
