This 6-year-old female bearded dragon may sound like she’s up to something suspicious, but the only thing she’s guilty of is stealing hearts! 🏴‍☠️💛 She’s got exotic attitude, a pirate’s swagger, and — surprise — she’s a total cuddle bug too! 🤗

Perched on her favorite shoulder like the queen she is, Contraband is bold, beautiful, and an absolute beast in the best way possible. 🔥 Proof that the coolest patients come in all shapes, scales, and sizes! 🌟

☀️ Summer is here — and so is hot pavement season! 🐾

Before you head out for that midday walk, do the 7-second test: press the back of your hand to the sidewalk. If it's too hot for you to hold it there, it's way too hot for your pup's paws. 🔥

Here's how to keep those little feet safe this summer:
🐾 Walk early morning or late evening when pavement has cooled
🌿 Stick to grass and shaded paths when you can
👟 Consider dog booties — yes, they're adorable AND functional
👀 After walks, check for redness, blisters, or limping
💧 Always bring water — for both of you!

Hot pavement burns can happen fast and hurt just like a blister would for us. If you notice any irritation on your pup's paws, give us a call — we've got them covered. 🐶

James is an international duck of intrigue and espionage who loves absolutely everyone he meets — and trust us, the feeling is mutual! Whether he’s on a top secret mission or just strutting his stuff around the clinic, this guy knows how to make an entrance. 😄

With his striking good looks, bold personality, and an uncanny ability to quack us all up, James has quickly become one of our most unforgettable patients! 🌟 We don’t see many ducks walk through our doors, but we’re so glad this special agent did! 💛

🐾✨ **Pet of the Week Spotlight!** ✨🐾

Everyone, meet our fluffy little adventurer—a 15-week-old Bernese Mountain Dog puppy who is already living his best life! 🐶💛

This handsome boy has a serious passion for the finer things in life… like cruising in style on stroller rides and dune buggy adventures (because walking is *so* last week 😄). Wind in his fur, tongue out, soaking up the sunshine—he’s basically a tiny celebrity on wheels!

When he’s not out exploring, you can find him enjoying a well-deserved treat from Gruto’s (yes, ice cream is his love language 🍦) or having an intense play session with his all-time favorite toy—his beloved lamb chop. It’s safe to say they’re inseparable!

With his big paws, bigger personality, and heart-melting puppy eyes, he’s already stolen the hearts of our entire clinic. We can’t wait to watch this sweet boy grow!

🐍✨ Pet of the Week: Meet Our Coil-ified Charmer! ✨🐍

This week we’re shining the spotlight on a sssssspectacular guest — a 5-year-old ball python with a taste for the finer things in life… namely, a nice, cozy curl-up session with a gourmet rat entrée. 🍽️

Don’t let his cool demeanor fool you — this guy is a master of relaxation, professional blanket impersonator, and an expert in the art of “do not disturb unless snacks are involved.”

When he’s not perfecting his signature cinnamon-roll pose, you can find him silently judging the mammals and reminding us all that shedding your problems (and your skin) is a valid coping strategy. 😌

Give it up for this week’s Pet of the Week — proof that sometimes the quietest patients are the most hiss-terical! 🐍💚
