Medical records will be available to email to you until JUNE 1ST. After this time, records are not able to be accessed. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

At this time we can only EMAIL records. Please send an email to [email protected] with your name as listed on the account and names of your pets as listed on the account.

We are still getting questions about refilling medications. We are unable to refill any medications at this time. Additionally, without a Veterinarian, there can be no appointments.

-Name as listed on your account
-Pet(s) name
-Email
*CHECK YOUR SPAM/JUNK FOLDER*

For clients looking to get refills on medications including preventatives:

-We are unable to fill any prescriptions at this time! We are so sorry for this inconvenience.
-In order to get your pets medications you will have to contact another vet of your choosing and schedule an exam with them to get those refilled.

Attached below you will see our Low Cost Spay Neuter Program Pricing and Income Requirement Guidelines! If you qualify please give our office a call and we can get you on our surgery schedule!

PLEASE NOTE:
*Deposit is required to schedule appointment, no exceptions.

*Deposit will be forfeited in cases of no call/no show.

*If cancelling or rescheduling we require a 24 hour notice or deposit will be forfeited.

*There is a weight limit for canines. Dogs 70 lbs or greater do not qualify.

*ANIMALS OLDER THAN 7 DO NOT QUALIFY FOR THIS PROGRAM. Please contact our office to schedule a consultation!
