💙The side eye of satisfaction 💙 Fritter is serving world class side eye that he has survived being hit by a car, worked his cuteness to have us pull him from the shelter and now he is headed for a “humpty dumpty” surgery where Dr. Z at LeadER Animal Specialty Hospital will attempt to put his shattered puppy pelvis back together with pins vs plates as he is just a baby and not done growing therefore plates a not a thing.

“Do we have the funds for his $10,000+ surgery?”

We do not. We are not even half way there.

“Did we know when we placed our hold that Mr. All Smiles and Side Eye had one of the most complex pelvis breaks we had ever seen?”

We did not.

“Have we played every fundraising card we have to try and overcome the curse of the broken pelvis as why would anyone donate to a dog who looks just fine, and not just fine, but so just fine he is hamming it up for the camera?”

We have.

“Is our treasurer hyperventilaring, lighting candles and using Chat GPT to see if any religion anywhere in the world has a paitron saint of broken puppy pelvises?”

She is.

“Are we going to surgery anyway?”

We are.

We gave our word and placed our hold and gave our word and there is no going back now.
