Excited to host May 8th!

Northern Idaho, Eastern Oregon, and Eastern Washington, I will be heading your way to saddle fit in early May. I would love the opportunity to fit you and your horse(s). My saddle fitting program is mobile, which means I come to you.

I will be offering Full Fits. These typically take 2-3 hours. Depending on objective, they include: mapping your horse, taking measurements and creating tracings (that can be used to physically find a new saddle - the numbers from this help me refer you to specific saddles whose trees would fit your horse best or would help a custom saddle maker make a saddle to fit your horse), conducting both static and dynamic fit checks on your existing saddle per you and your horse, and providing solutions to improve fit where I am able. I carry resources accordingly with me when I fit.

These fits run $250 within a 15 mile radius of my driving route and the locations identified here. If you are out of this range, you absolutely can still schedule with me, however there may be an additional round trip mileage fee beyond my pre-prescribed route to accommodate for the extra mileage and time (set at the IRS rate of $0.725/mile). Additional horses and saddles under the same owner/rider may also be assessed at a discounted rate.

One of my favorite movies growing up was Black Beauty. I always dreamed my horse would love me the he loved his owner. And who would want a herd of three beautiful horse with their own unique and cute personalities. Well today it was looking a little bit like the story around here. Not quite Ginger, Merrylegs, and Black Beauty but pretty close. And for a true lover of the movie it warmed my heart 🥰

This summer is shaping up to be productive! We’re excited about the progress we’re making, including getting gravel delivered to finish the driveway up to the stable and lay the base of the barn.
