Covid Statement:
We are open and continue to see veterinary patients of a more urgent nature. As the state eases restrictions, we can start caring for all patients. When we designed One Medicine Center, our plan was to minimize the number of people and pets in the building to reduce their stress so everyone involved in the patient’s care, including the patient, has a great experience! We were never expecting a pandemic to befall us. Turns out, we were made for social distancing!
We want to make sure we do everything possible to safeguard our clients, ourselves, and our community. Going forward, please know that masks must be worn at all times while on the property. (We have masks available for a nominal fee, if needed.) We ask you to text Dr. Radwan at 920-615-9355 when you arrive. She will come out to your car when she is ready for your pet. Only ONE person will be allowed in the clinic with their pet. Anyone else will need to remain in the car.
As always, we are stringent with sanitation and hygiene, so we have a built in buffer in between patients to thoroughly clean patient care areas between appointments.
If YOU or ANYONE in your household has been ill, running a fever, had a cough, or have travelled outside of the area in the last 3 weeks, we ask you to call us to discuss the situation before booking or arriving for an appointment.
We thank you for your understanding and compliance. As always, if you have questions, please call us at 920-615-9355 or email us at [email protected]
Thank you.
