To all my customers and Facebook followers it has came to my attention that an ex employee whom was fired for shotty work , traumatizing animals and taking advantage of people's kindness. This former employee has contacted several of my clients trying to persuade them to continue to let him service their animals. I truly apologize for anyone who may have been taken advantage of or received shotty work from Aspen grooming (without my knowledge) to please contact me so that I may correct these issues( free of charge') to assure you we appreciate and value your business and will assure you that this will NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN.
