This letter comes with great sadness from ownership and staff to our loyal customers and our wonderful pets that we have had the privilege of serving. We have had the pleasure of getting to know you and your pet on a personal level and are so grateful for that opportunity. We will be closing permanently on March 1, 2024 . Any packages will be refunded to the customer that have not expired. All packages expire after one year of purchase if not used. Any reservations scheduled after our closure will be cancelled as we will not be operational after the March 1, 2024.

Thanks for the opportunity to serve you over the last four years, we are so grateful. Please make other arrangements for your pets going forward. We will be sending notices of reservation cancellations on the 15th of February 2024.

We are writing to inform our long-standing customers of expected increases to our service prices beginning January 2023. Our intentions to increase service prices reflect the rising operation cost including wages, facility improvements, insurance, utilities, and increased security monitoring. While we took the initiative to invest in the indoor-outdoor kennels, to curb any pass through of price increases, our attempts to increase capacity will not solely offset the 2023 wage increases. We work diligently to staff and provide care that has your pets’ best interest at the center of our efforts. So, we have hired additional staff in late 2022 to improve our services. We hope to improve our services and to navigate the increasing costs of doing business in 2023. Any reservations that have been made in 2022 for the upcoming year will be honored at the previous rates. Reservations that are made on or after January 1st, 2023 will be invoiced at the new rates. We understand that you may have some questions regarding our decision to increase service cost so we would like to be available for those requests in person or by email. Please see our 2023 Service Price List below.
