Warning: This is what to not lets your kids do with trained dogs. I'm thankful that our kids are showing an interest in working with the dogs, but Flint should not be trying to blow the whistle at them when he isnt supervised.

I don't care at all if he throws the ball to them and throws fun bumpers, but the video is not something I let him do. I encourage both of our kids to play with the dogs as much as the kids want.

Ever wonder where my love for dogs and hunting came from?

It all started with my Dad. Check him out on this episode of American Birdhunter. He’s the one who always made the time to take us hunting and spent countless hours helping us raise puppy litters when we were kids. Those moments taught me more than just hunting—they built a passion and respect that’s stayed with me ever since.

He’s truly something special, and along the way he’s made some incredible friendships through the hunting life he loves. We have made lifelong "family" friends through the years! I'm happy to call Hoover one of my favorites as well! I’m grateful to have learned it all from him. 🐾🦆


Flint thought seeing Papa on TV was pretty awesome, but not awesome enough to take him to show and tell next time! LOL
