This is Angel. She's around a year and a half old and weighs around 50 pounds. Angel loves to play and gets along well with all of the dogs and people here. A Home has been found for these two awesome dogs. Thanks everybody! 
These two sweethearts are Gracie and Pup Pup. They're a beautiful old couple, close to 10 years old, and we're trying desperately to get them out of the shelter TOGETHER. Gracie and Pup Pup's owner passed away a couple of weeks ago and they've been living in our exam room since then. They're the sweetest dogs, especially Gracie. They're potty trained and already fixed. Gracie is a super sweet girl that loves toys and cuddling. Clearly, she also likes food! Pup Pup is definitely the boss of the two. He's a stereotypical little dog that loves to be held and thinks very highly of himself. We believe it's important for them to be adopted together because they have been each other's closest companion for most of their lives, and they're very attached to one another! They're low-energy, sweet, cuddly dogs that were loved very very much by their previous owners. If you are interested in meeting these two seniors, please contact the shelter at 918-825-7172.

We're Maggie 'n Mollie!! We had a family once but they just dumped us out on the street and drove off!! We tried SO HARD to find them, but then we got to a VERY BUSY street, and we were too scared to go any further!! Guess it's kind of a good thing that we're safe at the shelter, but we'd rather have a family! You know, toys, a soft bed for napping, big yard to run & play, and maybe some kids or another dog for play time!! We're about 5 months old (est DOB 3/12/23) and around 25 pounds, smart and affectionate!! Please come meet us soon!! Meet 'n Greets are Mon-Fri from 1 to 4:30, and by appt on Sat!!

“WRIGLEY”
Let me tell you a little about myself…I’m a 3 Year old pitbull mix. I walk good on the leash and with a little training I would probably be just as good off leash.You see I like to be right beside my person. I like the lady dogs but some of the males a I just don’t get along. They say if I get adopted I will have a surgery that might help with that little issue of mine.I’m a good house keeper as I keep my kennel clean.🚫 💩.I think 🧐 I’d like to have some older kids to play with. That would be fun!!! My adoption is 1/2 price you know “Clear the Shelter“ yes that includes that surgery mentioned, vaccinations and a deworming.Oh P.S. I like butt scratches.

PIXIE is a fun loving, rambunctious, goofy girl! Found on June 2nd by some workers near the shelter, she was blessed to be able to go to a foster home while waiting to find a Forever Family! She's been learning house manners and how to play calmly after she gets her "zoomies" out!!
Pixie is only 7 months old (est DOB: 1/27/2023) & weighs about 25 pounds. She's already been spayed and is ready to go to her new home!!

This is Bella. Bella is 10 months old and around 60 pounds. Bella is a super sweet dog that can be a little shy at first, but once she gets comfortable with you, she's a very sweet girl. This is Cletus. Cletus is around 10 months old and weighs around 50 pounds. Cletus has a lot of energy and loves to play. He keeps a very clean kennel and seems to get along with all of the dogs here at the shelter. Bandit (aka Bruce to his foster family 😂) arrived at the shelter on May 30th. He was only 2 months old and wandering all by himself when a nice lady found him and brought him to us. His family never came looking for him and he's available for adoption! Bandit loves to fetch, has plenty of puppy energy, but also calms down unusually well for a 4 month old (est DOB: 3/21/2023). He will probably be a medium sized dog when grown. He's staying in a foster home, so please give us a call if you want to meet Bandit and we'll make arrangements with the foster family!!

♥️♥️ Rockin’G 🐕 Dogs : We got our distemper test results back . We have waited out our quarantine. We are ready now more than ever to get out of here.‼️🐕♥️🐩♥️🐕🦺♥️🦮‼️‼️ All dogs with negative distemper results are 1/2 price.
♥️ HAPPY REUNION ♥️ Mama was caught in a trap last Thursday. She was so scared that we never got a look at her tummy to see she had been nursing babies 😞 Over the weekend, staff noticed her tummy area was swollen & Mama was very uncomfortable! We were so sad to think that the babies were likely dead by this time & that Mom could get sick with mastitis!! But today! So. Much. JOY!!! Someone in the same neighborhood where Mom was trapped brought in these 4 babies that had been under her house. Babies cried out, Mama called back, and then they had a "nursing" party 🎉 🥰

This wee little fellow showed up at our Central Office in Pryor today. Our staff checked with local residents to try and locate his owner, but after no luck, he was taken to City Of Pryor Creek, Rockin "G" Animal Shelter in Pryor. If you know who might be missing him, please let them know where he's located.
URGENT: this pup is at the creek behind Rockin G Animal Shelter. We have been unable to catch it and with the creek being frozen we're afraid it's going to try to cross and fall in. FYI:We were driving south on Elliott street and saw an SUV hit a black medium/large size black dog (looked like a lab maybe) between 12th and 13th St. by the Heritage Southern Baptist Church on Elliott! I'm thinking the SUV may have stopped to help, but not sure.
