📢 Important Update to Our Late Policy – Effective June 1st, 2025

Starting June 1st, 2025, we will be updating our late policy to better accommodate all our clients and maintain a smooth appointment schedule.

⏰ Please arrive on time for your appointment.
If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. You will now have a 10-minute grace period after your scheduled appointment time.

🔁 Previously, our grace period was 15 minutes, but this has been reduced to 10 minutes. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late without prior notice, your appointment may be rescheduled at the groomer’s discretion.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we make this adjustment to better serve everyone.
