**Join Our Team at Country Pup Kennel!**

We are excited to announce that we are expanding our team and are currently seeking dedicated and passionate Dog Daycare Attendants for overnight and afternoon/evening shifts. If you love animals and are committed to creating a safe and engaging environment for dogs, we want to hear from you! Must be 18 or older.

**Position Responsibilities:**

- Supervise and engage with dogs in playgroups, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Maintain a clean and organized daycare environment, including cleaning kennels and play areas.
- Provide basic care, such as feeding, administering medications, and ensuring fresh water is available.
- Monitor dog behavior for signs of distress or aggression, implementing appropriate interventions as needed.
- Assist with heavy lifting of equipment or supplies as required.
- Communicate effectively with pet owners about their dogs' behavior and any concerns that may arise.
- Participate in training sessions to improve skills in animal handling, restraint techniques, and customer service.
- Be flexible and willing to float to any shift needed, including working weekends and holidays.
- Ability to be on your feet for 4-8 hours.

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in dog handling or animal care is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills to interact positively with pet owners.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary (up to 50 pounds).
- Knowledge of kennel operations and animal restraint techniques is a plus.
- Experience as a veterinary technician or in pet grooming is beneficial but not required.
- A genuine love for animals and a commitment to their welfare is essential.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Last night, we held our Halloween Desensitization Class, and it was a fantastic experience! Everyone had a lot of fun, and the pups did an amazing job handling all the spooky activities. It was a great way to help them get used to various sounds and sights associated with Halloween, and it was wonderful to see their progress. Canine Evolution
