We mournfully share the news of the passing of local wildlife hero Debbie Pappas. We have worked closely with Debbie and her rescue, Second Chance Wildlife, over the years, treating thousands of patients among over 250 species. Debbie was fiercely passionate about all animal lives and put them above all else. Her dedication and persistence has saved countless animals and left a legacy we should all be proud to honor in her passing. Thank you Debbie for your benevolent life's work and letting us be a part of it.
