Lots of spring greens and goodies in our self-serve coolers this week! We currently have some beautiful rhubarb, bok choy, spinach, asparagus, bags of arugula, lettuce mixes, mixed greens and head lettuces. Be sure to check the market coolers often as these tend to sell fast! They are super tasty and ready for summer salads and cookouts.

We have lots of organically grown tomato plants all ready for your garden. Great varieties to choose from as well! Pro tip: plant the tomato plants much deeper than the soil line to create more opportunity for root growth resulting in a stronger and healthier plant.

The wait is finally over!!! We have spring lettuce and greens available in the cooler at out self-serve market. The cold nights have tapered off and the greens are now growing. You can find lettuce mixes, spring green mixes and arugula in our market. Freshly picked and washed, they are sure to please!

Happy Spring Everyone!!! Even though we have been quiet on Facebook, we have been very busy on the farm. These little seedlings will be harvested before we know it. Our crew has been working hard at starting seeds, prepping garden beds, planting plugs, and all things Spring prep! Keep an eye out for posts regarding our spring green and lettuces. They will be tasty!
