Got a ride in on mister chrome. Worked on getting him to stand while mounting. And worked on just being confident. He was a good boy, he didn’t do anything dumb.

Worked with two horses today. Chrome and GG. I worked with chrome on patience, flexing, disengaging hind quarters. Also I worked him next to cows just to get him used to working around them and not being worried. GG and I just worked on personal space and flexing. Also stopping as soon as asked.

I am getting back into the swing of things. If you need any horses rode, or worked with pm me. I also went to school to be a farrier and can trim or shoe horses if needed. I have references if needed.

Here is a video of me continuing to work with KEEB, he is head shy so I’m showing him it won’t be anything bad. He is a really sweet boy, and a rescue. He’s working on gaining weight, as well as cleaning up some hair loss.

Amelia (rider) and Haley (horse) both did really good today.

Prior to the lesson I lunged Haley and she was a little bit argumentative but she soon became polite and easy going. She listened well with that and then we groomed and saddled Haley.

Today for the first time I had Amelia ride with no lead line of any sort. We worked on walking, stopping, and turning. Amelia even got Haley to back up all on her own. What big improvements on both rider and horses part.

Then before we were all done Amelia did her first ever trot, which I am very proud of her for. She thought that, that was very fun. Haley didn’t love it but she did it anyways. What a good day for this team.

I gave a lesson today, wish I had pictures!

We mostly worked on just being comfortable, also learning hand placement and how to make the horse stop and walk.

Also I taught her how to catch the horse and tie it up, she picked it up very quick.

With it getting cold again, if anyone has some horses they need help working their horses, I will have more time to do so. If you need references please let me know and I can give you my references.

For basic riding to help keep your equine in shape or just the ones you don’t have the most time with all the way to the horses needing ground work. I am open to most forms of working. I even house/pet sit if needed. Especially with holidays coming up it is best to have that tedious part to everything taken care of.

Don’t forget guys! You need someone to feed your ponies so you can go on vacation, I am available! Here are two horses I’m feeding for a repeat customer and friend of mine.

I work with you on what you can afford as well as go the extra mile. I made sure to brush the two of these babies, that way their coats are nice and fluffed up in case of rain.
