Our 2022 honey crop is now available. Price is $8 for a one-pound jar, $18 for a three-pound jar. Other sizes are also available. Free delivery in the Sauk-Prairie metropolitan area.

Our hives are located in a former pasture just across the Wisconsin River from Prairie du Sac. The location gives our honey a unique, more full-bodied flavor than a traditional clover honey. Try it and taste the difference!

Last Saturday I wrapped up the bees for the winter. Trying something new this year. I built hive top insulator trays and filled them with wood shavings. I'm hoping these will keep the inside of the hives dry and warm, and keep the bees healthy until spring.
