Here is my substrate mixture! I’m using one part sand, one part orchid bark, a bit over one part coco fiber, and two parts sphagnum moss. It will drain well while staying moist. Perfect for vivariums and bromeliads!

I got my bromeliads in the mail yesterday! I have 10 random pups and I could not be happier with them! Here they will grow for about a month while they are being quarantined. Then I will be able to place them in vivariums. Check back for updates on how they’re doing in a couple weeks!

All the pieces of my DIY vivarium project are slowly coming together! This is a picture from bromeliad.com where I ordered 10 surprise bromeliad pups. I’m so excited to see which ones arrive in the mail tomorrow! Also, a lot of construction progress will be made on two vivariums today! Stay tuned!

The 8 crested geckos here are about to get some new setups! I can’t wait to show more progress, keep checking in to see how they turn out! Do you think I’m able to make this wood into pretty vivariums?

This Dalmatian keeps getting more spots!! I love watching him/her grow. Fingers crossed it’s a male since I already have a female Dalmatian!
