Hi everyone 🐾
I wanted to take a moment to share a few important updates here at Pampered Pooch.
When I first opened the salon, it was just me, working long days and slowly building something I truly loved. Over the years, we’ve grown into a large team of amazing groomers, and I couldn’t be more proud of what we’ve created together.
As I’ve continued to learn and grow as a business owner, I’ve realized how important it is to structure our pricing based on the time, care, and skill that goes into each groom. Every dog is different, and factors like coat condition, behavior, breed, and desired style all play a role in the time required.
With that being said, beginning June 1st, 2026, our pricing will be adjusted to better reflect a time-based model. All services will be “starting at” prices, and may vary slightly higher or lower depending on your dog’s individual needs, as well as the time and care required.
At this time, we will also be adjusting our hours to better support a healthy work-life balance for our team:
Monday–Friday: 8am–5pm
Saturday: 8am–4pm
Important booking update:
With our new hours, the latest appointment time will now be offering on weekdays is 3pm. Saturdays are already booking almost fully through September. If you typically would rely on later 4pm appointments or Saturdays, I highly recommend pre-booking your appointments in advance:
• Saturdays: book for the year, or at least 3 appointments ahead
• Weekdays: book 2–3 appointments ahead to secure your preferred times
Lastly, I wanted to share a personal update 🩷
I will be going on maternity leave starting mid-September, and plan to return in time for the holiday season. While I’m away, I have full confidence in my incredible team to continue providing the same love and care your pups are used to.
Pampered Pooch means everything to me, and I am so grateful for every single one of you who has supported my journey—from the very beginning until now.
