Wahoooo! These beans are yummy! Fun fact: Black Eyed Peas are Cowpeas. So we had our ‘Ozark Razorback’ Cowpeas for New Years yesterday (and again this morning with a fried egg because 🤤) alongside cabbage and cornbread. Homemade from scratch cornbread. Cabbage from the store because sometimes we also grow rabbits 🙄 🐰 🙄 lol ANYWAYS, we’ll definitely be growing more cowpeas this year and if you’d like to try your hand (they’re super easy) we have ‘Ozark Razorback’ available for online order starting noon today/Friday through

Hi neighbors! WVN will be swinging by The Depot to drop off goodies on the extras table. We’ll have soaps, cards, candles, and seed packets. Dreaming of offering produce again “soon” (read: Spring 🤷🏼‍♀️ year one gardens have learning curves (just like the sun went ahead and curved too far behind the pine trees to give our fall/early winter crops any light 🙄)) Eh. RCM is back online this week just in time to deliver local foods and goods for your New Year festivities! 30 more days until our we see 10 continuous hours of sunshine again. We’re over here reminiscing about our 2025 monster squash. This beast kept growing and topped out around 14’ long AND it produced prolifically the whole time! If you ate squash from us this year, some of it was guaranteed to come from this big ol’ baby.

If you need Christmas cookies we have it covered with 28 different choices or you can enjoy some of Weatherford's cinnamon rolls or Mary-Ann King's apricot hand pies! It is rice week! Stock up on your favorite Ralston rice varieties for the holidays or give some as gifts! Snack on some of Abby's candied pecans or stock up for holiday baking with Pawpaws delicious pecans.
