UPDATE: after talking at lengths with Hannah's hoomans, they have decided to keep Hannah as it's the best decision for their little ones and Hannah. I appreciate everyone's interest in Hannah she is a pretty amazing girl

Meet Hannah she is a Percy and Maverick baby. Her family reached out to me with some unfortunate news. They are no longer able to give Hannah the life she deserves. They have had some major life changes including moving from Tennessee to Texas. They have went back and forth on this decision because they love her very much. They have considered all their options and giving her back is the best option for Hannah.
Hannah is a little over a year old. She is not spayed, but you will be required to sign a spay contact as well as rehoming contact. Hannah would make a wonderful addition to any family! She is eager to please and very loyal. She is currently located in Texas. I will be making arrangements to bring her back to Idaho. Over a year and close to 21k Willow is home to stay and this nightmare is over! Civil court is not for the weak is all I can say. But I would do it all over again for any of my dogs. I put a lot of time and work into my program to ensure I'm producing the highest quality Goldens. Willow is everything I wanted when pairing Lilly and Murphy and I'm excited to see what her future holds in my program.
The pack and myself thank all of you for your support over the last year. I know social media is powerful, but I had no idea so many people love Willow and my pack!!! You guys are amazing and I appreciate all of you more than you'll ever know!!!

I think it's safe to say Willow is happy to be home! She hasn't seen Pinky in over a year! I put it up for here because I knew she would be home again!! I can't thank everyone enough for your support during this time. We have mediation this week. I'm hopeful we can come up with an agreement, but I'm pretty sure we will be going to jury trial in May.

WILLOW UPDATE!!! It's taken me over a year and $14k to bring Willow home, but yesterday was the day!! The judge ruled in my favor proving me the legal owner of Willow. Our jury trial begins in May to determine my damages and to determine, if I did "defame" the person that stole my dog. I'm over the moon to have Willow home where she belongs. I will integrate her back into the pack once my veterinarian has the opportunity to exam her. For now she is hanging out with me on the farm and loving it!! I appreciate everyone's positive thoughts and support during this nightmare!!
I do have a GoFundMe set up to help with my attorney fees. When everything is said and done, I will spend upwards of $25k in travel fees attorney fees.

Leo wanted to let everyone know Leila was finally able to have her hip surgery and she's recovering like a rockstar. The surgeon stated it was definitely a vascular traumatic injury. She has a long road to recovery and her hooman momma has her hands full with round the clock care for the next 6 weeks. Please take a minute and wish her a safe and healthy recovery

Everyone is asking about my fall litters... Percy will be bred to Jasper and Majestic's Sophia Knows When To Hold Them will make her debut with a TBD male pending final health testing results. I do have some reservation spots available for both litters.
Sophia has grown up in Las Vegas Nevada with her amazing guardian family. She attended obedience school and passed with flying colors. She is Jackson's litter mate and is a perfect combination of her momma and dad.
I will update everyone as Mother Nature takes her course

After consulting with my reproductive vet and Daisy Too's guardian home, we are giving her one last chance to be a momma. She has been bred to two separate males without success. I progesterone test as well as AI (artificial insemination) when needed. With this being said, I will be working with my reproductive vet and we will perform a Transcervical insemination when her progesterone levels spike later next week. I have included information on TCI below for anyone that is curious. If she takes, we will have little polar bears in October with a gotcha date around Christmas.

Transcervical insemination (TCI) is a non-invasive procedure that involves placing semen directly into a female dog's uterus without using anesthesia or surgery. It's a safer and more comfortable alternative to surgical implantation that mimics natural mating and can produce similar conception results.

UPDATE: our motion was granted and publication began today. If Mary doesn't respond in the 4 weeks the publication is ran, the judge will make a determination on the facts we have presented.

I have went back and forth on posting a Willow update because I know Mary Harvill is watching my page. But I know everyone is wondering what the heck is going on.
Mary was served New Year's Day. However, the paperwork was not filed properly. I attempted to have her served an additional 15 times without success. I petitioned the court for notice by publication, which was denied because the court felt it was expensive (the short explanation). I was trying to fight my case in small claims court to ensure I got Willow back versus taking the risk in civil court of the judge putting a cash value on Willow.
With this being said, I was forced to retain an attorney (who is a badass and is worth the 7k). We have tried to have Mary served without success. My attorney has petitioned the court for notice by publication which should be granted this week. From there an ad will be ran in the Gresham newspaper for 4 weeks. At that point we will be issued a court date and I will get Willow back, or unfortunately the court can put a cash value on her, and that is what I have to accept.
