On a personal note, today sucked.. to those who had appointments today, I'm so sorry.. Some came in matted today that I was unaware of and timing was way off.. I promise I will never solely base my day on more than just me working in the future. It didn't seem fair to cancel some appointments when I'm fully booked for 2 weeks.
Based on these circumstances I do have to cut back on the amount of appointments I take per week. I am a mother and wife also and working 10-13 hour days isn't working for me. I already miss out on my sons tball games, family birthdays and spur of the moment gatherings to get everyone in to avoid the matting or skin irritations due to over growth. I never started this business to be a conveyor belt like Petsmart and I feel like that's what I've done since Christmas. Taking your time makes the dogs more comfortable, they enjoy it more and they look alot better when I take my time. Due to this please just plan for me to have them for at least 4 hours and if I'm done sooner that's more free time for you.
The most amazing part of the day was watching our almost 1 year old Emma Mae take her first steps tonight!!🥰🥰
