Heather Hill Riding Center Located at The Horse Park at Woodside, Heather Hill Riding Center is a small community oriented barn offering horsemanship, friendship and Welsh Ponies.

The horse world is becoming increasingly exclusive and specialized. Laura Stevens with her Welsh Cobs and Ponies hopes to counteract this trend with an inclusive and safe horsemanship program. Laura provides riding lessons and horse training with a focus on horsemanship, safety, and a love for all horses. Services offered include: Lessons (horses may be provided by either you or Laura), Carriage driving lesson, Horse training, and tune-ups, are also available.

Join our Riding Club at Small Boutique Barn on Private Property in Atherton.

Heather Hill Riding Center LLC is a small community-oriented barn located at a private facility on the Atherton/Redwood City border . We have private pastures, an indoor arena, outdoor riding pasture, and miles of endless trails.

Almost all our horses are Welsh ponies and Cobs. We are a perfect place for riders who are passionate about horses and want to dedicate time to learn horsemanship and riding discipline. Our program is highly individualized; our fundamental philosophy is based on excellence in well-rounded horsemanship.

We have two or three openings for new riders in our riding club. Students are assigned their own horse or pony and ride three to four days per week. This program is a perfect step up from weekly riding lessons.

Summer Camp 2024 is HERE! We are thrilled to offer a summer full of week-long camps. Sign up for one week, two weeks, or the whole summer.

Camp runs from 9 - 1 daily. Kids ride twice each day, have an unmounted lesson in horse care and make friends with thier ponies and other horse-crazy kids.
