To make room for this year's grow-outs.. I will be selling some of my blue egg layers. These birds will ONLY be sold to people living within city limits who do NOT have a Rooster. They will be sold on the condition that they are NOT bred or hatched from. I will have an extremely limited number of these birds and they will be white Silkies, who lay blue eggs.
They are the result of almost a decade of breeding and are extremely rare, and therefore, will not be cheap.
Keep an eye out for the sales post!

Well... it took a LONG time (Years) ...
but all eggs are now blue, paired with a blue egg Silkie Rooster.
Everything hatched from these birds will lay a blue/green egg. Forgive my punnet square knowledge, but a certain percent will be Silkied, and another percent will be Satin feathered. All will be getting even closer to SOP Silkie, yet laying a blue egg.

Have not been hand raised. Not "friendly". Brown one is legit insane and runs really fast. They are about 4 months.

At 12 years old, Creampuff is my oldest bird. She has always been a phenomenal broody hen and mother, adopting anything at any time. She hasn't been broody in a long time, but these 2 Littles have gravitated to her and she has become their "mother"... even tho she didn't Hatch them or raise them from babies.
Pictured is my earliest photo of Creampuff as a pullet in 2012 and a couple of her broods over the years.
Creampuff is very precious to me.
