t Pain Exams for dogs, cats and horses include a complete physical exam and options to provide pain medication without lab-work requirements. There comes a point where quality of life trumps potential side-effects of medications. Dr. Janie can do an exam and authorize medication refills for up to 3 months after each in-home exam. A waver must be signed to refill medication and a medication refill authorization fee applies in addition to the exam fee and the fee for the needed medication.
