This is a long reel. The algorithm won’t like it. I posted it anyway.

Because part of resistance is refusing to let systems dictate how we communicate. It’s slowing down when everything tells us to speed up. It’s saying what needs to be said in the time it takes to say it, not in whatever fits a 15-second attention span.

This is unedited. Unpolished. Just me, talking about what’s been heavy on my heart: how choosing positive reinforcement training is choosing to practice moving in opposition of the systems that rely on dominance and control. How that practice ripples outward into everything else we do.

If you’re feeling powerless right now, you’re not alone. But small acts of resistance matter. How we treat beings with less power than us matters. How we show up every day matters.

Take the time. Watch if it resonates. Skip if it doesn’t. Choosing authenticity and intentionally small acts that oppose the systems of oppression trying to consume us is an important act of defiance that can inspire change.
