Dear Clients and Friends,
As we move into our second year of a global pandemic we are looking back and looking forward. This past year has presented us with many challenges and lessons. We look back to gain knowledge and learn from what last year taught us. How we manage our business, the changes we made and how busy we were will help us as we navigate 2021. We look forward to making plans and changes that wil be beneficial to our staff and our clients. Our number one goal is to continue to provide the highest level of quality veterinary care for each pet we see.
For well over 50 years and two generations of a Dr. Vockert ownership we have put our clients and their pets first. It has been an honor and a privilege to care for your pets. We also pride ourselves on building a veterinary team that is second to none. Our amazing Veterinarians are so invested in not only Veterinary Medicine but each of you as you seek help for your beloved pets. Our support staff is comprised of some of the finest people in Veterinary medicine. They are rich in skill set and knowledge. We rely heavily each day on our support staff, we couldn’t do this without them.
This last year we have learned that the amazing people who work here can only work so hard. Our staff and Doctors have been pushed to their limits this last year. Dr. Vockert is dedicated to taking care of his staff and he can see they need a break. One of the changes we will be making this year is to close on Saturdays. This decision was not made lightly or without concern for our clients. Out of consideration for our support staff and doctors we need to move to a five day work week instead of six. Dr, Vockert will be moving to Thursdays instead of Saturdays so there will be plenty of available appointment times during the week. This change will allow us to fully staff the clinic to better care for your pets. Hopefully this change will give our staff a well deserved manageable work load. As of April 1st 2021 the clinic will be closed on Saturday.
Don’t hesitate to contact us with questions or concerns.
