Falcons Run, LLC is a retirement and layoff horse boarding facility with both pasture and stall available with full service care. Our farm is family owned and managed and one owner is a veterinary technician who has over 25 years of horse experience. Our farm offers boarding for horses who need a place to live out their golden years or who need to take time off before heading back into work. We ha

ve over 13 acres of lush pasture land fenced into three separate turn out areas. Each pasture has its own run-in to provide shelter. We also offer stall boarding for those who need it. Our barn features 7 stalls, all recently renovated, with brand new stall mats on professionally installed sub flooring. We are an all inclusive facility. Monthly board covers grooming, bathing, fly spray, deworming, scheduling and holding for vet and farrier, hay and grain, and much more. Accommodations can be made for almost anything an owner could request - including rehabilitation work, laser therapy, and reconditioning. We treat our boarders like our own horses. We work closely with an excellent equine-only veterinary team and an amazing farrier who keeps our barefoot horses and donkeys trimmed to perfection. Part of our unique boarding facility includes a place for owners to stay when they come and visit. Our spacious family home welcomes owners to enjoy a long weekend with their horse (and even to head into Nashville for some great music and food!). With a private upstairs suite, owners have the comforts of home while visiting. Plus, your stay with us is included in your horse's board! No hotel fees needed when you come up for a visit.

We had a cement pad poured and rubber mats installed on top for the horses’ comfort. This will keep everyone out of the mud all winter and allow for clean and dry hay feeding!

The horses were so excited when we moved the hay feeder - too bad it’s not quite hay time! ❤️

We got the farm kiddos an early Christmas present - a covered hay feeder!!! This thing is sooo nice - It slows down their eating, keeps the hay up off the ground, and keeps the hay protected from the weather. ❤️

“Yay” for not having to schlep hay out two/three times a day! 🥳🥳🥳

I sat down this evening, with the yard in complete disarray, and listened to my favourite sound of horses munching evening feeds and hay.

I’m usually so busy rushing round, tidying up, cleaning boots or towelling legs that I rarely get to hear that sound and just listen to it.

It induces an instant calmness, it’s peaceful. It’s the sound of contentment and, for a horse owner, there is no sound I’d rather hear.

Never be so busy that you miss the little things... the sounds, the smells, the little moments where he rests his muzzle on your shoulder or you stand, heads touching just listening to each other breathe... because one day you’ll look back and you’ll wish you just took that five minutes.

Rosettes will collect dust, photos will fade but those moments? They stay forever, etched into your memory, those moments are what you remember the most, so don’t miss them ❤️
