Hey Everybody! Wild Goose Farm is a newly minted artisan cheese operation! Yianni is a licensed pasteurizer (and has some great bedtime study material for you), and we're in the process of starting production at the OSU pilot plant in Corvallis.

After we ramp up approved production, we'll be selling cheese through a cheese CSA, as far as we know unique on the West Coast! So...

Let us know if you're interested in hearing about CSA details as they develop, and let us know if you're interested in being a cheese beta tester. Somebody's gotta do it...maybe it's you!

More to follow...stay tuned. Yay!
