We would like to share this FREE way to get notified if your pet becomes lost. This is a name tag that you can add to their collar with a QR code that can be scanned and you can be immediately notified. Even if you have them microchipped, it takes longer for them to get scanned or their license to be looked up. You can also set up to 10 emergency contacts in case you cannot be contacted.

A week into unofficial Summer and the mosquitoes are in FULL ATTACK MODE, as Toby and I found out when we brought treat samples to Sandy River Delta Dog Park to share with new friends. Please protect yourself and your dog from these disease carrying pests. I recommend using essential oil repellent rather than the chemical repellents found in most stores which can cause serious neurological problems. Here is a recipe you can make at home for either a lotion or a spray. It is completely pet safe and effective. If you don’t want the bother of making it yourself, if I get enough interest, I will make a large batch that will be affordable for everyone to protect their dogs.
