UPDATE ON BLACK LR4 GUARD ORDERS!!

My acrylic supplier sent me the wrong type of acrylic and I’ve been waiting on my shipment of the correct acrylic all week. Finally got a tracking number and it should be here tomorrow! I’ll be cutting them all weekend on the laser to get them out on Monday! So sorry for the delay 😻

When you make original accessories you’ve got to make all the parts by hand! Today I’m making sticker sheets that I can put in my laser to form cut to the size sticker needed for the LR4 Guard.

First I have to cut the white release liner down from a 54” roll to a size that will fit inside my laser. Then I unroll the double sided tape on the brown roll, lay the cut white liner on top and smooth any air bubbles out. Then cut the excess white liner off to match the height of the brown layer. Then at that point I’ll take them to the laser and start cutting the actual sticker! Whew!

On my way out of town for the weekend (taking my first vacay since 2019!) I stopped in the Seattle area to pickup the black and white acrylic for the new LR4 Guards! Can’t wait to cut samples when I get back next week!
