We have seen an increase in Canine Distemper cases in Porterville and surrounding communities. Distemper is potentially fatal if not caught early, and can leave survivors with lasting neurological symptoms. It is completely preventable with vaccination! Please make sure your dogs are current on their DHLP-P vaccination given by a licensed veterinarian!
