Hagrid’s Hope is a small cat rescue that was started in 2023 in honor of Hagrid, a rescued cat.

Right now I'm at a standstill with Patchouli ,former ( commissioner ) he has severe pancreatitis , no improvement.. we've tried everything , doctors have been watching all night / morning . His enzymes are very high and the amount of pain he would be in again if we wake him up is unfair and cruel. This is where rescuing and meeting beautiful families can be rewarding and very hard . He has one of the best families that love him and love all of the other cats they've adopted so well.. they put in their efforts to try to find the source of his problem as we did.. I can't ask for more than that. When we adopt out we trust you with our babies here that we place in your home . Yes we call them our babies . Patchoulis family checked on him continuously and wanted the best for him as we did . As hard as it is to let them go, it's inhumane to see him cry in pain and suffer . Hagrid's Hope sends our deepest sympathies to his family. I wish so badly I could fix this .

We are enroute for an emergency situation. Just a reminder that donations and sponsors save lives . We thank all of you who support , send donations , share , etc . We need all positive wishes , prayers , vibes for patchouli right now , it appears it may be pancreatitis. He has been dealing with GI issues for quite a while , all parasite panels came back negative , we've changed his diet several times as suggested seems to help here and there but never fully.

Here's our SURPRISE we have a bonded pair who need to stay together . They are GORGEOUS , all white !! Came from a very loving owner who truly wants the best for them and had to surrender due to her health. This is not an easy thing to do when they are your babies !! They are young , around a year old , we want to keep them together . Microchipped , neutered, vaccinated.
