First let’s wish the KING Happy Birthday 🎂! 10 years old today!!! This is why I love this breed so much. Blikkies has such an awesome temperament and personality. He has such a true presence, he has always been my favorite Boerboel!! Truly an honor and privilege to have this guy in my home and to be part of our program blood King.

Mansa Hemi and Mansa Halley. In breeding you try to plan your combination to be able to see consistent progress and improvement from one generation to the next. In this breeding we got almost everything we wanted from SA Superior Blikkies X Deo-Han Ziggie with athleticism and structure and head type. Also next month Blikkies will be 10 years old and Ziggie will be 11 years old, this longevity and fertility are becoming increasingly hard to find in the Boerboel breed. These girls will be appraised this spring and we will have to research what will be the best genetics to go with each; I really have loved watching them develop!

Mansa Halley and Mansa Hemi. Love the way their development has been nice and steady and ago appropriate, at 12 months they looked 12 months and now at 20 months they are looking 20 months. Both will be appraised this spring, and then to figure what genetics to put with them.🤔

As many of the older kennels have shut their doors to breeding the boerboel, it has made it difficult or even impossible to find the blood that they were know for producing. Makulu Laanie and Linga Longa are two such kennels. Well with the collaberation of Mansa Kennels and Tribe of Juda Kennels we were able to put two of the last dogs from each of these kennels(with no Gronberg Rambo blood) together and man are these guys looking special. Super temperament and structure, can’t wait to see how they grow. Special thanks to Karen Oosthizen, Yvonne du Randt and David Jackson for helping to put these genetics together!

Would like to take the time to recognize My great queen Deo-Han Ziggie and South African Superior Blikkies for blessing us with a litter of 6 pups. She has show herself to be a great producer worldwide and to have the great fortune to keep two of her daughters back, Mansa Haley and Mansa Hemi, for future contributions to our breeding program is awesome.
