Let me start by saying it has been a chaotic year, and I truly appreciate your support, kindness, and most importantly—your trust. I have a few important updates to share.

With school back in session, we are updating our communication hours (NOT our pet care hours) to help keep things professional while still being here to assist in any way we can. We want everyone to feel respected and informed, and we also want to ensure we are spending quality time with our own loved ones after work.

📞 Communication Hours: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
🐩 Pet Care Service Hours: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Please note:
• Our communication hours are for calls, messages, and questions that are not related to a visit we are currently providing. After 7:00 PM, we will be unavailable unless it’s an emergency
• We will no longer accept last-minute requests, changes, or add-ons except in true emergencies. We are first-come, first-served, so please confirm your dates, times, and pets needing care before reaching out.
• Emergencies will always be considered if possible.

During your pet’s visits, we remain fully focused on providing exceptional care—because your pets aren’t just pets, they’re family.
🧡🐾 You will still receive daily updates so you know how they’re doing.(Boarding updates are daily and communication is within 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

These updates allow us to:
✔️ Give our full attention to each furry client
✔️ Communicate effectively during the day
✔️ Maintain work-life balance so we can give our best every time

We care deeply about each of you and truly appreciate your understanding and respect for our time and services. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out during normal communication hours.
