It was a bittersweet last day! I hate that I’m closing up but my body is definitely tired being only 6 and 1/2 weeks away from delivering my baby girl. I will be deactivating my phone and if I do come back to grooming, I promise, I’ll let everyone know. Right now, there’s just too many unknowns for me and I don’t know if I’ll be able to make a comeback. I’ll keep everyone in the loop if I do come back, though. For now, I will miss all of y’all and hope everyone stays safe! ❤️

Update on the shutting down of Salon Pups.

My last day here is January 28th, 2021. The building will not be a grooming salon anymore. (Also, I do not own the building so I can not rent it out to anyone. If you are interested in purchasing it, you’ll need to get up with the owners. They have had a couple of people interested already so it will not stay on the market long.)

Unfortunately, at this time, I am no longer accepting any more grooming appointments as I am booked with repeat clients getting their last groom in before I leave.

If you need to get in touch with me, I am no longer answering my phone so you will have to text or leave a voicemail for a response back.

Thank you everyone for your support and great feedback! I will definitely miss this place and I am looking forward to see what the future holds for me and my family. ❤️

Update on the salon closing permanently.

The building is in the beginning stages of being sold and if it goes through, I’ll have to be out by January 31st. Sorry for the inconvenience this causes and I wish everyone the very best! ❤️

Edit: if you would like to make your last appointment with me, please text or call the work phone. I can’t keep up with my Facebook posts and I don’t want to miss anyone. Also, this is only for repeat clients as I will not take any new ones this month. Thank you. 😊

New December closings are:
Saturday December 26th
Tuesday December 29th (Afternoon)
Thursday December 31st (Afternoon)

I will update for January closings when I have appointments scheduled. I’ll be having more and more closings as March approaches so please bear that in mind as well. I’m now in my 3rd trimester (28 weeks) and I have a gut feeling Baby Emma is gonna try to come earlier than her due date because of how active she is! We shall see as we get closer.

Due to some unfortunate circumstances, I will be shutting the salon down permanently by March 2021. (Yes, baby Emma is doing just fine and likes to move and kick all the time and closing will depend on when she decides to come or if I can continue working as my due date gets closer). I’m going to try to continue grooming after my maternity leave but that will all depend on how demanding baby Emma is and everything but I’ll keep everyone informed if I do come back to grooming! I’m sorry for the inconvenience that this causes. I have really enjoyed grooming everyone and will miss you all! ❤️

Please continue to keep in mind that through the holidays, I am booked several weeks out in advance. I am in the process of trying to find another groomer to bring in to help lighten my load so we can get to everyone quicker but with me being pregnant and having to take time off for dr appointments has me busier than ever! As of right now, I am booking out to the week of Christmas and I believe those spots will be gone by the end of next week if not sooner so please keep that in mind when booking your appointment. Thank you! 😁

Please keep in mind there are several closings here in November and December. I have monthly dr appointments that will get closer and closer as I get further along in my pregnancy.

As of today, I am putting up a cancellation fee of $20 if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. I completely understand that times are hard and life gets in the way but please let me know ahead of time if you are canceling so I can get someone else put into your spot. Thank you! 😊
