From tied to a park bench... to loved beyond measure. ❤️🐾
Meet Baby.

Ashley, founder of Koch's Corsos & Rescues shared this photo of one of her own rescue dogs proudly wearing a chünk. bandana.
A year ago, Baby was found tied to a park bench in Baltimore, nothing but skin and bones. After being rescued, the shelter named him "Baby" because despite his giant size, he's the sweetest, gentlest soul.
Ashley took him in... and, as she says, "He never left my casa." ❤️
Stories like Baby's are exactly why Ashley and her rescue work so hard to save these incredible dogs. Every rescued animal deserves a second chance, and every happy ending starts with someone willing to say "yes."
Seeing Baby rocking his chünk. bandana makes my heart so full. Thank you, Ashley, for giving him the life he always deserved and for sharing him with us.
Here's to second chances, gentle giants, and the people who refuse to give up on them.

Yesterday at the The Vineyard and Brewery at Hershey adoption event, I met an incredible rescue doing everything they can to save Cane Corsos and other gentle giants. As we were talking, I learned the founder's name is Ashley.
If you know me, you know moments like that always make me pause. Maybe it's one of those little reminders from the universe that I'm exactly where I'm supposed to be. It certainly felt like a sign to me. ❤️
Today, they shared that they are in a foster crisis. They don't have a single open foster home, yet the calls for help keep coming. If you've ever thought about fostering, please consider it. One foster home can truly save a life.

Sometimes the universe puts people in our path for a reason. I have a feeling meeting Ashley and this rescue was one of those moments. ❤️🐾

🚨 WE ARE IN A FOSTER CRISIS. 🚨

We don't know what else to say.

We've made post after post asking for foster homes... and unfortunately, not one new foster home has opened up.

Right now, we don't have a single open foster home. Not one.

Meanwhile, the list of dogs needing help keeps growing. The shelter calls don't stop. Owner surrender requests don't stop. Every day, more gentle giants need somewhere safe to land, and every day we're forced to say, "We can't help."

Adoptions have slowed down as well, which means our current foster homes aren't opening up. We are bursting at the seams, and this is quickly becoming a crisis.

Every dog we have to turn away weighs heavily on us because we know what often happens when there is nowhere for them to go.

We need you.

If you've ever thought about fostering, now is the time. You don't have to do it alone—we're with you every step of the way.
