When you love what you do! Each time i stay with these babies i love them even more. The big white girl, Ivy and i are going to miss each other. Not pictured are the kitty, 3 parakeets and 1 cockatiel…all rescues.

Ivy is literally the sweetest dog. She snuggles more than any dog i have ever met including my own.

We just got phone service back. We only lost power for about 8 hours. So far the only damage we can find is trees, yard and exterior. I wore a Patriot romper and i think that scared Milton away fast.

Don’t be jealous of my romper. I just bought it at goodwill for $3. Pups did fine. Jimi can’t sit still

I have a friend that lost their English bd. She has waited a while and is looking to adopt another. She is very experienced with the breed to the point her dogs have a better life then most people lol. She and her wife are still grieving hard and as most pet parents know, you never really get over the loss.

One of our regular guests, Rusty is with us while his mom is off riding camels in the sahara and touring Morocco.

Rusty has s reputation in his neighborhood as being less than sweet. It took several in home visits before he trusted me. Now he stays at our house with our pack and actually looks forward to being spoiled and having friends. He used to hate his neighbor dog Cosmo. Cosmo stays with us too. When they are here together, no problems whatsoever.

We do cater to him. Constant belly rubs and he loves spaghetti. If you need a pet sitter, Jim Dwyer and i do in house or if they get along with small dogs, they can stay with us.

Our newest foster, Alice!!! You can see from her intake photo she was in bad shape. Now this skinny little thing is shaved. There is nothing little about her personality. She is energetic and so sweet. Only bad thing about her is she bonded to jimi and won’t sleep with me lol.

Alice is so in love with Jimi. She just wants to sit in his lap or follow him everywhere. The shelter says she was 8. Her mouth says 10 but her personality and every says 4. Her breath is atrocious. I will try to brush her teeth. Whoever dumped this little one had to have loved her at some point. It will be a little while until she is available for adoption.

I offered this little old girl one of the hotel room beds. Her name is Kutsania and she is headed to a caucasian shepherd rescue in arkansas. She has been a doll baby. We stopped for the night. She is not tiny lol. The slobber struggle is real 🐶💧
