Job Summary: We are a growing embroidery and custom design business in Pontiac, Illinois, seeking a motivated, creative individual to lead our promotional efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing promotional products, banner & sticker printing, wraps, production of embroidered and screen-printed items, and operating related software. This role requires a blend of creative design skills, technical proficiency, and strong management abilities. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has an eye for detail, and takes pride in producing high-quality products!

Responsibilities:

>Design and creation of visually appealing banners, stickers, wraps, clothing, and logos for other businesses, clubs, and organizations
>Operate design software (Adobe, Canva, etc)
>Manage and update digital marketing platforms
>Operating and maintaining embroidery, heat press, and printing machines
>Preparing garments and materials for production
>Printing and preparing banners, stickers, wraps, and other large-format products
>Organizing orders and preparing them for pickup or shipment
>Client communications

Ideal candidate:

>Reliable, hardworking, and self-motivated
>Strong attention to detail
>Comfortable learning equipment and computer design programs
>Works well independently and as part of a team
>Positive attitude and willingness to learn
>Experience with embroidery, sewing, graphic design, or printing is a plus, but not required (we are willing to train the right person)
>Strong organizational and project management skills
>Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Have you heard?! Interglobe offers SEXED semen bull collections!

🔺️Sexed collections are offered on TUESDAY AFTERNOONS only! Collection slots are limited so get yours booked asap!

🔺️MONDAYS and THURSDAYS are our conventional collection days. We offer haul in appointments and provide housing for bulls needing multiple collections.

🔺️We do conventional collections on BUCKS and RAMS in addition to DOGS! We have buck and ram appiontments for housing, haul ins, and FARM CALL collections! Dogs are by occasional appointment ONLY.

🔺️When picking up or selling any semen or embryos collected or stored at Interglobe double check you've got your fees and storage paid prior to release!

We have 4 embroidery machines that we use to embroider logos, and 2 heat presses that we use to screen-print logos!
