🐾Update!! The phone number transfer seems to have been successful! The “back up number” is not in use anymore!

We wanted to let everyone know that we are currently trying to transfer our business phone number to the new line we recently set up. To be honest, the process has been confusing, frustrating, and far more complicated than it should be. At this time, we’re being told it could take up to a week to complete, if it can be completed at all.

Please know that we are doing everything we can to make sure we stay in touch with our clients and keep communication running as smoothly as possible during this transition.

Also, Kirstin will be out of the pawffice this upcoming week, so we kindly ask for a little extra patience with Delaney. She’ll be holding down the fort and doing her very best to take care of everyone and their pups while we work through these phone issues. 🐾
