What an awesome day last Saturday was!!! We had an amazing turn out for the Son Rise Show. Can't thank Sherry Haynes enough for coming out to judge and all her encouragement to all the exhibitors!
We had some amazing awards! Such great feed back on the stools that we will be doing them next show! So if you missed out getting one come back and try again!

Hi point youth walk trot Taylor Sweeny and Dun in Chocolate
Res was Berkley Landrie and Stylish Array

Adult hi point walk trot was Deborah Haus and Stella
We had a tie for res so Melinda Marriott Harrington and Calvin and Pat Ensign and Blaze shared the title.

Lope Hi point went to Addison Alford and Remi
Res was Mieke Vanderkolk and Fred

Grand Champion was Pat Ensign and Blaze
Reserve was Addy Alford and Prada

Hi point ranch walk trot was
Jody Clark Artymovich and Kimber
Res we had a tie again
Amber Carolyn Alford and Prada and
Marge Zielke and Grace

Lope ranch went to
Addy Alford and Prada
Res was Angela Kipp and Farrah

I want to thank each and everyone of you for coming an showing with us. I hope you had as much fun showing as we do putting it on for you!

And sorry but I couldn't post all the pictures here so have to do another post for ranch horse.

Had an awesome time last weekend in Tulsa OK for the OkPtHA Spring Color Classic! It was full of laughs and comradery!
Addison Alford was hi point preformance all breed with Definately Chipped
Deborah Haus was reserve hi point walk trot all breed with Dreaming of Battman
Addy Alford was res hi point all breed youth ranch with Kiss My Prada
PV Easter Magic had a great showing with Dawn Frye in hunter under saddle
And Amber Carolyn Alford made her debut with Kiss My Prada in ranch even winning conformation!
We are so blessed to have such wonderful horses and people to work with!
We have to give all glory to God!

Howdy Pardners!!!
Here we go again! Just a few weeks till our Son Rise Show!
March 28th.
Here at Poco Vista Ranch
For directions just put that in your GPS and it should get you here.
Our judge will be Miss Sherry Haynes
And the menu will be Chili and all the fixins!
We have some awesome awards again!
We have changed up our show bill a little and have added discipline rail and a youth conformation class for ranch horse division.
I am sending the show bill and entry blank.
We will be working on patterns this week and will send them out as soon as possible.
We really do appreciate pre entries as it helps us with planning. There is no obligation.
There are a limited number of stalls and they are first come first serve.

This is tentative depending on weather of course.

TOMORROWS THE DAY!
Looks like great weather for the 6th Annual Corona Classic here at Poco Vista Ranch!
Chili is cooking and prizes are ready, so hope you can come!
We have Lead line, challenge rider, veteran, walk trot, lope and Ranch horse classes!
Starts at 9am
Tina White will be our judge.
We have a great raffle benefiting Living Hope Equine Therapy tickets are $10 or 3 for $25. A Bucees cooler stuffed full of fun stuff!
We have been blessed to be sponsored by State Line Tack and have some great drawing and each exhibitor will have a chance.
We have a fun showmanship class for moms and dads!
