Looks like great weather for the 6th Annual Corona Classic here at Poco Vista Ranch!
Chili is cooking and prizes are ready, so hope you can come!
We have Lead line, challenge rider, veteran, walk trot, lope and Ranch horse classes!
Starts at 9am
Tina White will be our judge.
We have a great raffle benefiting Living Hope Equine Therapy tickets are $10 or 3 for $25. A Bucees cooler stuffed full of fun stuff!
We have been blessed to be sponsored by State Line Tack and have some great drawing and each exhibitor will have a chance.
We have a fun showmanship class for moms and dads!

ATTENTION!
Just wanted to make sure everyone was aware that The Corona Classic has been canceled for this weekend March 8th due to weather concerns.
We have changed the date to March 15th with all the same info except our judge will change to Tina White.
Please mark your calendars and join us next week for a show with lots of friends, food and fun!

Everyone has been asking about Poco Vista's 2025 show schedule....so here goes.
These dates will be dependant on weather of course.
March 8th Corona Classic- judge Pat Burton
April 19th The Son Rise Show- judge Sherry Haynes
June 8th The Giddy Up Go Show - judge Dave Parlier
July 5th The Freedom Fest - judge Jeffory Beadles
Sept 27th The Fall Fiesta - judge Debra Jarvis
We will have preformance hi points, ranch hi points, veteran hi points and challenge rider hi points!

Had a great time judging the Green Chili Classic in Stanley, NM!
The weather was great with lots of nice exhibitors and their horses to judge! It was awesome to spend time judging with Tina White! Thank you Ron Morris and Bernice for hiring me. Karen Troglin you did a wonderful job running everything and a big thank you to Lincoln with Farris Horses for toting us around and taking such good care of us in the pen the first day. Thank you Virgina for doing a great job of that on the second day and our amazing gate lady Anna who kept the gate running smoothly.
It was a fun show to judge and I'm very blessed to get to do it! Now to get home and get ready for the next adventure!

Howdy Buckaroos!
Back at it again!
Poco Vista Ranch is hosting
The Son Rise Show
March 30th here at the ranch. Weather permitting.
We are blessed to have Deb Jarvis as our judge!
We have many requests for Ranch Classes again so we will add walk trot and walk trot lope divisions.
We will have 7 divisions for hi point and res.
We have challenge classes for assisted riders and un assisted riders. We have veterans classes. We have leadline classes and will have an egg hunt at this show.
Brisket will be served for lunch with all the fixings.
I apologize that we added the ranch too late for buckles at this show, but we have some awesome Schneiders show coolers.
We do appreciate pre entries as it helps give us a head count.
We do have limited stalls avilable and one trailer hook up.

Hey Ho my little Equestrians!
Well it's that time again and we are going ro try for a show Feb 24th weather permitting. The 5th annual Corona Classic is in the works!
We are blessed to have Reggie Barnett as our judge.
High points will be directors chairs and reserve will be duffle bags.
We have 5 divisions with classes for challenge riders, veterans and regular walk trot and walk trot lope classes.
I will be providing lunch as usual....Haven't decided what yet ;)
