I know I’ve told Mercedes’ story before. An old leg break means she has limited mobility. But she uses the litter box just fine! She needs a quiet home with no stairs, and all her resources (food, water, litter box) in easy reach. And just a bit of love! 😺

If you have many trick-or-treaters in your neighborhood, prepare in advance so your pets don't get frightened or agitated by the frequent ringing of the doorbell.

Meet Sapphire! This sweet young girl, maybe 1-2 years old, came to us as a stray. In fact, she just marched right through the shelter door and said “I’m here.” 😸 She has not been to the vet yet, but she’s extremely friendly and gentle. Come on down and meet this sweetie!

We haven’t visited with Alley in a bit. Her she is, about a year old and super friendly! 😸
UPDATE: Alley was spayed today and got all her shots! 😺

She’s about 8 years old, healthy and very people friendly . She is NOT cat friendly! She came to us when her owners passed. She doesnt deserve to spend the holidays at the shelter. 😿
