I want to tell all my clients today how much I appreciate your patience! I had ALOT scheduled for today. I had 8 of Joe's kennel dogs to start off the day at 8am. My electricity went out at 8:20 & was off for 30 mins. This set the ball rolling of being behind. All my clients today worked with me not one complained about how long it had taken me. I worked 12 hrs and got all the critters done

I've had some customers ask me why I allow 3 hrs for grooming session. I think Google sums it up pretty well.
I had customers show up after an hour wanting to know why the dog wasn't finished yet. 🤷‍♀️
